If you have more than one dancer, we would be HAPPY to extend your costume/performance payments into 4 smaller payments (due Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan) rather than only two. Please email us (info@romecivicballet.com) BEFORE September 23rd if you would like this option so that your account can be set up in the appropriate manner.
Curious what this total includes?
Costumes are $55-$65 each depending on class level. Each dancer will receive one ballet costume that will be used for BOTH Footsteps in Faith (January) and the Spring Recital (May). If your dancer is participating in jazz, then your dancer will receive an additional costume for the Spring Recital. Each dancer is also charged a $25 performance fee for each of our two productions. This fee covers theater rental, lighting design, sets, music, backstage workers, etc. We hire backstage dressing room attendants so you can sit and enjoy the performance!
Footsteps in Faith costumes must be ordered in October to ensure a January delivery. Spring Recital costumes must be ordered in December to ensure a May delivery. Once ordered, costume ship dates range from 10-16 weeks depending on the company. We have tried to separate the payments to give you the least amount of financial stress. However, payments must be made on time. No refunds after they have been ordered.
